Veg Burger


Plain Shrikhand

Ingredients:

  1. Plain Whole milk yogurt one cup
  2. 3/4 cup sugar
  3. Cardomom 1/2 tsp
  4. Milk Powder 1 tsp
Method:

  1. Tie the yogurt in a Muslin cloth for 8 hours and let all the water drain 
  2. After 8 hours Mix the Sugar and yogurt in a bowl and let it rest for another 8-10 hours 
  3. Now add the cardomom and the Milk Powder and Refrigate it 
 Tip : Can add Safforon along with the sugar for kesar Shrikand  

Dry fruit shrikhand

Follow the Instruction of the Plain shrikand add little Kesar and Dry fruits like Almonds , Cashew, Fig & pecans while Adding Sugar
Refigerate for 8 hours

Basaundi

Ingrdients:

  1. Take a Very heavy bottom Pan Grease it with Butter and Water 
  2. Pour the milk in it and Let it heat on slow heat 
  3. Stir it continously  so that the milk doesnt stick to the pan 
  4. heat it till the milk is half the qyantity
  5. Add sugar at the end 
  6. Refrigerate for 8-10 hours
  7. Garnish with dry fruit, Milk Powder and Cardamon Powder
  8. You can add Safforan while heating for making Kesari Basundi 

Sabu dana Kheer

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup Sabudana Soaked overnight
  2. 1 big bowl of Whole Milk
  3. 1/4 cup sugar
  4. Cardamon Powder 1 tsp
  5. Almonds grated
Method:

  1. Heat the whole milk in  a heavy bottom pan on slow heat 
  2.
