Ingredients:
- 1/2 grated carrot
- 1/2 cup grated Cabbage
- 1/2 cup grated cauliflower
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup corn flower
- 1/2 cup garlic minced
- 1/2 cup ginger minced
- 1/2 cup green chillies finely choped
- Soya Sauce 5-6 tsp
- vinegar 5-6 tsp
- Mushroom sauce 5-6 tsp
- Chilli sauce 5-6 tsp
- Salt and white pepper to taste
- Green Onions
For the Balls
- Mix all the grated vegetables,
- Add garlic , chillies . ginger and salt
- Add Soya sauce
- Add 1/2 cup all purpose flour and 2 tsp of corn flour
- Mix all the Ingrdients and prepare balls
- Deep Fry them until golden brown ( Dont let the mixture stay for longet time as the vegetables may ooze out water fry them immediately)
- Heat oil in pan and add garlic , ginger and Green chillies
- Add 1 cup spring Onions
- Add Salt , White pepper . 3 tsp of Saya sauce and 2 tsp of Mushroom sauce
- Add 2 tsp of vinegar and Red chilli sauce as per taste
- Dissolve 3 tsp of Corn flour in water and add it with the onions
- Add 2 cups of water
- Let is boil
- Add the Balls and let it boil till the mixture thickens Garnish with cilantro and serve hot
