Chinese Fried Rice

  1. 1/2 Finely chopped carrots
  2. 1/2 cup Finely chopped Cabbage
  3. 1/2 cup Finely chopped cauliflower
  4. Green Onions Finely chopped 
  5. Red Onions Finely chopped
  6. 1/2 cup garlic minced 
  7. 1/2 cup ginger minced 
  8. 1/2 cup green chillies finely choped
  9. Soya Sauce 5-6 tsp
  10. vinegar 5-6 tsp
  11. Mushroom sauce 5-6 tsp
  12. Chilli sauce 5-6 tsp
  13. Salt and white pepper to taste
  14. 1 cup Basmati Rice Boiled
Method

  1. Heat oil in pan 
  2. Add garlic, Ginger Green chillies
  3. Add Red Onions and Carrots Let it cook for some time
  4. Add Cabbage and Caulifower
  5. Add the Green onions
  6. Add 2 tsp of soya sauce , 3 tsp of Vinegar and 3 tsp of Mushroom sauce
  7. Add salt and white pepper to taste
  8. Add chilli taste if needed 
  9. Add the boiled rice and Mix Well
  10. Garnish with green onions and Cilantro and serve with Munchurian
