Chinese Fried Rice
- 1/2 Finely chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup Finely chopped Cabbage
- 1/2 cup Finely chopped cauliflower
- Green Onions Finely chopped
- Red Onions Finely chopped
- 1/2 cup garlic minced
- 1/2 cup ginger minced
- 1/2 cup green chillies finely choped
- Soya Sauce 5-6 tsp
- vinegar 5-6 tsp
- Mushroom sauce 5-6 tsp
- Chilli sauce 5-6 tsp
- Salt and white pepper to taste
- 1 cup Basmati Rice Boiled
Method
- Heat oil in pan
- Add garlic, Ginger Green chillies
- Add Red Onions and Carrots Let it cook for some time
- Add Cabbage and Caulifower
- Add the Green onions
- Add 2 tsp of soya sauce , 3 tsp of Vinegar and 3 tsp of Mushroom sauce
- Add salt and white pepper to taste
- Add chilli taste if needed
- Add the boiled rice and Mix Well
- Garnish with green onions and Cilantro and serve with Munchurian
