Ingredients:
- 1 cup Black masoor Dal soaked over night
- Whole Jeera
- 1/2 cup Red Onions Chopped
- 1/2 cup tomatoe puree
- 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Green chillies
- 1 tsp tumeric powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powser
- 4 tsp of Corriander Powder
- Salt to taste
- Creme (Optional)
- Boil the Masoor Dal on a Slow Heat for 30 min
- Heat oil in pan add the Jeera chopped ginger - garlic & green chillies
- Add the choped Onions and cook it for some time
- Add the tomatoe puree and let it cook till the oil seperated
- Add turmeric powder Chilli powder and Corriander powder
- Add salt to taste
- Add the cooked dal and Cover it with the lid Cook it for 15 min on slow Heat
- Garnish it with Creme and cilantro when the desired thickness is reached
- Serve hot with Steam rice
